About Ruby Rose Loans and Processing
Ruby Rose Investments dba Ruby Rose Loans and Processing was formed with the intention of helping others build security in real estate.
When I started this company in 2004, I had been doing residential real estate for five years and was advised to form my own company.
The company was named in honor of my Grandma Bess who grew beautiful roses in Nebraska. She had a smile of liquid gold and of course her favorite color was red.
Real Estate is my life blood. I live, breath and die it, secondary only to family. The roles I have played in real estate are:
real estate broker
mortgage broker
loan processor
real estate bookkeeping
property management
In 2018 I established my company under my own mortgage brokerage. I worked with Cobalt Creek Property Management and manage a mid size commercial office building in Denver. In addition, I perform my work on a contract basis whether it be for
mortgage brokers needing processing, or a real estate investor who needs help getting his Quickbooks started and/or maintained, to friends, family and clients needing consulting on a loan.
